Our race is about eight weeks away, and Dr. Laura has you covered with a training plan to get you from couch to 8k for the Shamrock Shuffle! I find these training guides so helpful, because it's one less thing to think about.

Shamrock Shuffle

Join founder Sarah Cayce at the Shamrock Shuffleย on March 21st for the 8k run or Lauren Acord for the 2k walk!


Forge Film Acting and Pillar Health Co are joining forces to help actors stay healthy while having a good time with our running club! Sarah and Lauren will be training for different events in 2026, and adding new events to the calendar as they go, so join us for a fun year of taking care of ourselves - community is medicine just as much as exercise!


2026 Team: Lord of the Ring Lights

Running clubs are only official when they have a silly name, and we have ours for 2026. Bring on your LOTR puns and put on your running shoes - we're endurance athletes as filmmakers, so let's treat our bodies like it!

Pillar Health Co already has a Filmmaker's Wellness Cohort to look after the longevity of filmmakers and actors who spend their time on set, and now Dr. Laura is extending her help to actors in this running group! She'll be providing a general training plan for new runners, nutrition tips and tricks for folks who are training for a race, and cheering us on from the sidelines on the day. She ran mile 18-22 with a marathon patient once, but don't make her do it again!
