Work with Casting Director Sarah Cayce on your acting skills for film and television in this four-week on-camera class. Every week you'll get in front of the camera with new scenes and receive feedback from Sarah! This class is all about getting on camera and learning about acting. Sarah’s online lecture series is included for free with this class for more information on camera, character, and some bonus content. What You'll Learn: • Dig into the acting skills specific to on-camera • How to move in a way that makes sense and looks good on screen • Practice walking into and out of scenes, crossing the camera, and maybe trying the “Columbo” move • Learn how to match your acting to the type of scene, the drama level, and your character’s journey in the piece Who is Sarah Cayce? Sarah Cayce is an award-winning director, Emmy-nominated producer, screenwriter, and casting director. Her second feature film, OXY MORONS just launched at it's Chicago Premiere, but Cayce's debut feature film, HAPPILY NEVER AFTER can be seen on Lifetime Movie Network. Sarah’s been producing since 2010 for narrative, feature-length documentaries, dozens of commercials, documentary content for Bleacher Report (which sent her to the Rio Olympics), and for select narrative projects. When Sarah isn’t teaching, directing or writing, she can be found running her casting office, Compass Casting. Having cast with filmmakers like Terrence Malick to John Wells, Cayce always keeps time for indies between commercial clients like Ford, AT&T, the NFL, Chevy, and dozens more.
