About the Class
Work with Casting Director Sarah Cayce on your acting skills for film and television in this four-week on-camera class. Every week you'll get in front of the camera with new scenes and receive feedback from Sarah. This class is all about getting on camera and learning about acting while you're on your feet. Sarah will give you materials to choose from, and with those scenes, you'll start class with a brief lecture on a theme of the week, then get in front of the camera with your new skills and chosen scene.
What You'll Learn
Dig into the acting skills specific to on-camera
How to move in a way that makes sense and looks good on screen
Practice walking into and out of scenes, crossing the camera, and maybe trying the “Columbo” move
